Giulia TarriconePhD studentBiographyGiulia Tarricone received a Master Degree in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine cum laude at the University of Bari, Italy, in 2019. Her Master's Degree thesis was carried out in collaboration with the University of Turin (MBC - Molecular Biotechnology Center) . She has worked as a post-graduate fellow at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Politecnico di Torino, in the Bioengineering group, under V. Chiono's supervision. She evaluated the efficiency of new biocompatible polymeric nanoparticles in direct reprogramming of human cardiac fibroblasts into cardiomyocytes within BIORECAR project.
